To Take, Or Not To Take

That is the question.

Take a chance on me.

I can’t promise you a smooth sailing journey or a breathtaking destination. But I can promise you that it will be full of adventures, laughter, and eye-opening discoveries with silly and thought-provoking conversations.

Take a chance on me.

I may not be your soulmate, but I will be more than that. I will be your shoulder to cry on, your ears to share your wild ideas with, your eyes when you need new perspectives, your arms to comfort you on your bluest days, your legs to travel the paths unexplored, and your mouth to cheer on you. I will be your best friend.

Take a chance on me.

Because I can’t stop thinking about you, though I’ve tried, many times. Every time I see you or dream about you, my heart flutters.

Take a chance on me.

I, too, lack in many aspects of my life. But lacking something shouldn’t restrain you from other opportunities that might bring you happiness. I’ve come to terms that perfection is not something we will ever attain, nor that I should seek.

So why not be imperfect together in our own ways and grow together?

Why not take a chance on us?
